Our Sales Professional implements and refines the company sales and marketing plans. The Sales Professional is always on the outlook for information about new methods and techniques for selling that will help benefit the department.

A Sales Marketing must:

·  Understand direct marketing techniques

·  Understand the clienteles marketing options and needs

·  Understand the company's printing and mailing processes

·  Understand the benefits and features for direct marketing the company offers

·  Know the clientele the company can best serve

·  Understand the production workflow at the company

·  Understand buyer styles and needs

A good sales force has good attitude and drive. The Sales Professional must be able to communicate enthusiasm and be dynamic:

·  Effective communication skills, include good telephone skills and good listening skills

·  Negotiation skill to deal with objections and price resistance

·  Time management skills

·  Motivational skills

A Sales Professional must be able to perform many functions, including:

·  Develop goals and objectives for the sales
